Our philosophy

Taking a holistic approach to movement, wellbeing, emotional awareness and conscious living in a way that feels practical, inclusive, and real.

Yoga offers us many tools that can be applied therapeutically, in a personalised way that helps to address the unique needs of each individual. We believe in combining ancient wisdom with an evidence based approach to help address the needs of your whole self, not just your symptoms.

A big part of wellbeing is having a supportive community around you, which is why we aim to create a space for friendly, like minded individuals to grow and support each other.

Offering practical sustainable solutions that help us take care of ourselves and our planet for future generations.

About me

Hi, I’m Anna

At the age of 13 I began to develop a strong interest in sustainability and wellness that eventually led me to my first yoga class in 2016. I still remember the overwhelming sense of calm that came over me after my first class. It was this that kept me going back time and time again.

Throughout my twenties I studied intensively with many yoga teachers in order to gain better insight into how yoga ‘worked’.

I also studied biomed (only for 1.5 years) then obtained a history degree which I am immensely grateful for. It has allowed me to discern and separate the yoga from the patriarchal systems it is often taught within. Yoga has helped me heal an eating disorder, lower back pain, replaced anxiety with a sense of inner peace and helped me sleep well. It is my belief and personal experience that when used intelligently, yoga has the potential to heal us through bringing us back to the sense of wholeness within us all.

My interest in sustainability developed from a young age. I grew up on an orchard (that used a lot of chemicals) and developed a strong connection to nature through frequent camping trips. I don’t have a formal qualification in sustainability but spent the best part of my early twenties learning to live in a sustainable way. My hope is to use this channel to offer thought provoking ideas and practical solutions so we can both try to do our bit for the planet.

Yoga worked for me as a wellness tool, and I believe that it will work for you too. I look forward to helping you see what yoga has to offer you.

“After several more sessions with Anna, I wanted to share an update on my experience. Before starting her online yoga classes, I was regularly traveling 90 minutes each way to see an excellent chiropractor. While not all chiropractors are equal, this one consistently helped me walk out feeling mobile, pain-free, and feeling good.

Anna’s yoga sessions have not only relieved my pain in a similar way, but they’ve also helped me build core strength — which feels like a more proactive, long-term solution.

At first, I was hesitant to do the poses she recommended in my own time, but as I began to feel the benefits, I found myself doing them more regularly and with greater commitment.

Now, I feel stronger, more confident, and far more in control of my physical well-being. Anna’s approach is motivational ,thoughtful and effective, and I’m genuinely grateful for the positive impact her yoga has had on me.”
