Yoga Nidra
Yoga nidra translates to ‘yogic sleep’. It has been shown to reduce beta and alpha brain waves (conscious thoughts) and increase delta brain waves which indicate deeper states of consciousness and more restorative sleep. It utilises tools such as a ‘rotation of consciousness’ to trick a busy mind and help you prepare to drift off into a deep slumber.
